At 16 - you can not legally move out without your parents permission.

Answer #2

plus you have to also be 18

Answer #3

legally move out?? yess. without your parents singing something?? no.

you can either get emancipated(parents have to sign for,and theres a court thing) or you can get married(parents have to sign).

plus if you get emancipated, you have to prove that you can make it on your own. which would not be easy.it wouldn’t be easy for you (at 16) to get a job where you could actuallt make enough to pay for bills. and right now the way the job market is, that’d be about impossible.

Answer #4

blondie is right that pretty much it. I’ve been through hell to, trust me stick it out. your becoming stronger because of it. if you can take the worst at home then you can take anything later on in life. this is good experience. trust me in in my 20’s and im glad I learned that life wasn’t fair when I was young.

Answer #5

IM not an expert but im sure that if you really wanted to nobody could stop you. one thing you can do is stay at home for a little bit get a job and while liveing at home use your work money to pay for an apartment for three months then take your paycheck stubs and recites to the court if you meet their standards then you may become emancipated. Best of luck to yha, unlike these other people I didnt have such a bad life after I was emancipated. Take note this is not going to be good for evryone, so make sure you do your reaserch before doing anything rash. I also hope you are not doing this out of impulse because that I can tell you nothing ever good comes out of that.
