Can I collect if im terminated while I get another job.

What happen if iam terminated from my job can I collect while I get another job or not. Any answer is welcome. Thank you.

First, if you are TERMINATED, you may not get anything. Depends on the reason. (e.g. lack of work - you get benefits. Refusing to do the work (insubordination) - you won’t get benefits.) Second, If you get benefits, you can get some money from a second source, but it can only be a per cent of your former pay, or it will start reducing or even eliminate your unemployment. The amount you can get depends on your state and how much you get from unemployment compensation. Hope this helps. Good Luck!!
