can a cashier tell your parents that you bought condoms?

She’s a cashier - she has no “confidentiality policy” that needs to be followed…she can freely tell whomever she wants.

It’s really a moral issue more than a legal one.

uhm like ichibanarky said, there’s no privilege (the legal right to confidentiality) between a cashier and a customer… lol, even if you were an adult you still dont have any privilege, I mean you did so in full view of anyone who could have been walking by and seen you…

Technically, since you are under eighteen, you have no rights. Hahaha, horrible, yet true. You still belong to your parents and they deserve to know what you bought. The cashier had a stupid idea, but it wasn’t illegal.

well while your probably legally wllowed to buy condoms your not legally allowed to have sex ansd she has used her position to get you into trouble she really shouldnt tell but then again, if you were planning on having sex, it might have been a good thing, so your mum could have had a talk with you and told you what its all about while it really isnt all that fair your still underage and underage people have less right than older people and its the same thing that if your mums friend wsaw you drinking on the street or soemthing, shes tell your mum as well mainly because she feels like your mum needs to be concerned for your wellbeing

they can’t do anything to you because you and your friends bought condoms. My friends and I buy condems all the time, fill them full of mini weenies or water with yellow food coloring and tape it to our principles front door. haha pure genius!
