Buying A ToucIt hah Screen

Does anyone know a good phone to buy? It has to have a touch screen , a LOT of memory and be fairly cheap (off ebay)! Im thinking of a chocolate but im open for better suggestions!

I have an LG UX830 and I LOVE it! It has a touch screen or you can slide it for regular phone keys, lots of memory, and indestructable ;) my razr broke all the time but it hasn’t broken at all.
