Do you mean butter”cream” icing? A simple recipe I use is: Cream together 1 pound softened butter and 1 tablespoon vanilla extract. Slowly add 1 kg of icing sugar (it will look very dry), then add two tablespoons of milk. Beat for about 5 minutes, and if the icing is too thick add more milk, just a little at a time until proper consistency.
