Bumped head hard, now Bleeding

Hi,

I bumped my head 1 hour ago bleeding has subsided and feeling nauscious? What should I do, do you put a cold compress on it? Help!

If its bleeding a lot,put pressure on it with a hot wet towel…and hold for 15 min.Breathe deeply and drink a glass of water slowly or you will vomit…After 15 min,see if the bleeding has reduced.If not,call a doctor as soon as possible…And sit down and relax too…The nauseation could be just nervousness and blood flow…Just remain calm…

Agreed with itchi, go to the emergency room NOW and avoid falling asleep. Nausea is a common side effect of a concussion.
