What causes a bump to form over night on my jaw bone?
My friend woke up this morning with a semi painful bump that had formed over night. It is on her right side about two inches from her right ear. Any ideas of why it formed there or what it is. Maybe even how to get rid of it? The sooner the answers the better. Thank youu :)

It sounds like a gland if its behind your ear. Its like hard and the size of a marble andhurts to the touch? Just keep an eye out for it, if it doesnt get better or show signs of healing in 3 days see a dr.
