Brunette to blond in one salon visit?
Is it possible to go from medium/dark brunette to a dark blond in one salon visit without trashing your hair? My hair is naturally dark blond, just dyed dark right now. I really don’t want to have to wait another five weeks for an appointment, and I know an intermediate “light brown” shade will just look really drab on me.

I’m not trying to go bleach/platinum, just a dark natural looking blond; basically the darkest you can go before it turns into “light brown”.
Does anyone know how I can figure out how many “shades” difference I have between my roots and the rest of my hair? I’m basically just trying to match my hair to my roots.
um I dont know for sure but I’ve been told by other girls it takes like 2weeks of visits to go completly blonde or it frys your hair. im looking to go bleach blonde soon once I get a job and get money to pay for it lol so tell me how it goes when you do get it done
yeh I wanted to do the same as yuou and hairdressers do not recomend it at all. I had dark brown hair and I was inpatient and asked the to just get it blonde all over but they said if they did my hair would literally snap so I didnt lol.
its is long and annoying but your hair will be so nice in just a few months so wait it out, better to have ehalthy hair than blonde and breaking hair! mine was pretty much how I wanted it after 2-3 visits so about 3 months. it is worth the wait though!
yeah. I did.
I went from almost black to platinum blond in one visit. and my hair felt even softer than when I went there!
yehh of course, they prelighten your hair then use the tint/colour of blonde you like!!
