breast and veins

ok so I went from a b cup to a c cup in 6 months which isnt a massive change considering im going through puberty but can it be possible im still growing because my boobs are tender and sore and now I have a blue vein on my left breats starts around the nipple to about 4 cm on my skin will this fade of go please help
