have you recently changed your contraceptive medication if yes then its probably your hormones balancing out if this is the case and your worried go to your doctor.. dont forget to check your breast regularly for lumps

if not

have you recently been fitted for a new bra, a poorly fitting bra can make your breasts very sore and tender to the touch especially if its underwired go to a leading department store or lengerie store and have a memeber of staff size you for a new bra.

most bras are only good for around 6 months then they have to be replaced as the fabric streches and (most annoying) the wire usually decides to pop out if you are a lrage chested woman go for a full support bra with a cris cross fastner on the back (big x shape on your back) and a full cup not an uplifter bra or scooped cup it wont offer the same support ..it helps with the back ache and supports your breast better these are the types of bras you should be wearing for everyday use if your going out then you can try a slimer strap or strapless (depending on outfit) (save the fancy bras for going out/dates that kind of thing)

hope that helps

It’s probably hormones, common in the late teens and early 20’s for young girls to experience chronic or long term breast tenderness. Contraceptive pills help relieve the pain, as well as wearing proper bras and getting exercise.

Watch how much caffine you are taking in. To much can make you breast very sensitive and painful.
