Breast growth

I’m a 32 yr old woman and my breast has grown from a 34c to a 36dd in the last 2years. I don’t understand why this is happening. What is causing this and what can I do about it?

Weight gain could be a factor but thats a big jump…are you unhappy with them that big? There are exercises you can do to tone that area up

Have you put on weight? Extra weight gain can cause your breasts to increase in cup size, and the fact that you went from a 34 to a 36 pretty much tells me that you have gained weight.
