Well there is not easy way out of this. Be honest and truthful. If you lie or bend the story they will just find out anyways. Things happen in life and sometimes to get what we want we have to hurt people. It is at least good you are concerend. Shows you care and have a big heart. Seriously this is going to be so hard for you to do. But just be honest and tell him whats going on. I know there are easier ways around it. But it will never settle till you do whats right. Let him down so ever gently. Tell him your sorry this happen. You have to do whats right for you. When things have settle down and you forgive yourself for hurting him you will feel better and also grow from being honest.
