If you’re looking to reduce some extra weight around the torso, you also need to watch your diet as well - exercise does nothing if you eat potato chips for supper every day :-)

u should do full body workouts to get your torso gone if you wanted to, because the torso is the last peice of fat that disappears…

Possibly Victoria’s Secret, and WalMart honestly. They have almost every size in any style. For exercise, you should tone the entire body and do full body workouts to see any improvement. As with anything, focusing on one small detail will not prove the best outcome. Try to use light weights (between 5-12 pounds) and act as though you’re punching forward (but don’t throw it forward, punch gently) and try pushups, pullups, standing pushups, cable rows, and other arm and chest exercises. Google chest exercises and you should get some decent results. Good luck.
