boy problem! he cheated twice, but I really love him! what do I do?

ok, I went out with this guy. one day we were talkng and he said im a sneaky person! (long story) and I said how sneaky and he said sneaky enough to kiss you on friday after school and you wont even see it coming. so friday came along and we made out after school (we werent going out at the time) and then about an hour later he asked me out and I said yes. well about a month later he confessed to going to the beach and kissing this girl ( he cheated on EVERY ONE of his gfs with this girl) and I asked him y, and he said because he didnt know if we were really going out or not. so we got passed it because I really loved him. well then he went to Family Days (a kind of fair) and kissed this other girl (the only 1 of his gfs he DIDNT cheat on) and he said his bff pushed their heads together. but his bff texted me that night saying he kissed her and they are just blaming it on him. well I broke up with him after we went out for 3 months. and since then he confessed to kissing the girl at Family Days. and since then he ate me out and fingered me and stuff (I know thats bad but I couldnt help it, I simply love him). and he said he has cut those 2 girls out of his life for good. and he will do anything to get me back.I talked to those 2 girls and they said they are sad because he stopped talking to them for good. should I believe him?? should I take him back?? should I trust him?? HELP ME PLEASE!!!
