bottleing everything up is really bad, I went through a family brake up at the age of 7, I can remember everything and I bottled all my feelings up vy the age of 11 I was self-harming and rebeling. 12 I was hardly ever in school I use 2 bunk it a lot, drink a lot, stay out till all hours etc, I had to go and see a therapist and I had a lot of anger issues wich caused so many problems, wich caused me to go to anger managment, all of a sudden from no where I just blew up all in 1. all of my emotions, anger etc came out in 1! I caused a lot of hurt and upset for my family. But seeing a therapist helps, even though you dont know that person you feel like you can open up to them so I would advise you to go and see a therapist hun good luck if you want nay more questions answering jusy mail me I’ve been in the same situation good luck xx
