Why do they blur faces on tv?
Sometimes they blur faces on a tv show, but only one or two and the rest are clear.
its because that person wanted thier identity hidden so they blur their face
some people like to keep their identity hidden, it is the some reason as why registration plates on cars are blurred!
they want to hide thier identity so now one can reckonise thier face.
