In my opinion. No. Blue whales are and always have been blue whales and dinosaurs the same. lol

No - Blue Whales are mammals. Dinosaurs most closely resembled modern reptiles and modern birds. . Small land-based mammals existed at the time of the dinosaurs, and Blue Whales evolved from those small mammals that co-existed with the dinosaurs. Some of those early species of mammals “returned to the seas” around 50 million years ago - around 20 million years after the dinosaurs had become extinct. Some small “feathered” dinosaurs are thought to have survived the KT boundary mass extinction ( that killed off the other dinosaurs) and, evolved into birds - however there is probably still no conclusive evidence for this that is universally accepted.
. The land based mammals that returned to the seas developed into whales, dolphins, porpoises, etc.. .
