Blue rose bush
When I was a little girl I saw a picture of a blue rose, and ever since I have wanted a blue rose bush! Does anyone know where I can find one?
They’re dyed that color… the closest they’ve ever come to a rose with a blue tinge, would be purple/mauve and they are quite rare.
There is a rose bush called the blue girl. Easy to obtain. Very pretty and very fragrant. If you grow them in the shade they are more blue than if you grow them in the sun. Something to check out.
Gurneys.com sells a Blue Girl Hybrid Tea Rose that says it is a lavender blue. a very nice shade.
You’d have to call around florists, I’m not sure how rare they are but there is a shop a couple of hours away from my home town that specializes in blue roses.
