golds and browns will make your blue eyes pop. and I agree wear earth colours. BUT if you want a dramatic look don’t wear lots of dark colours because they may bring out your eyecolour but they also make your eyes seem smaller. So go for light plumbs and pinks and fairly dark purple’s.
uhm… I have blue eyes and I’ve found out that darker colors work to make them pop, and some shiny colors too. colors like… blacks silvers green (a light shade) dark blues (dont go light) some browns will work, if its a bronze type color. all these colors work with black eyeliner and black mascara.
Since orange is the exact opposite of blue on the color wheel it will make your eyes insanely blue. Stick to the more orangy pinks like expensive pink from the MAC collection. Basically pinks, browns, bronzes, oranges, and a few select purples (plum) will do the trick. Going into eyeliner a gray or brown tend to work best. The only thing about white eyeliner is that it makes your eyes look wider opposed to the opposite effect a black would have on you…have fun and good luck ;)
I use a white shimmer shadow, purple eyeliner on top, black on botton and black mascara
wear a dark shade of eye shadow like a smoky black or brown with a dark eye liner lots of it!
since your eyes are light you have to stay with like earth tones. greens browns coppers those types.
