Blue Eyeliner with Blue Eyes?

NOOO you need a contrasttt with your eyes suche as DARK BROWN OR BLACKKK :)

I used to wear white eyeliner a lot..dang what was I thinking lol. I agree with everyone else, you need to contract the colors. go with a brown or black

I TOTALLY DISAGREE WITH EVERYONE ELSE I HAVE BLUE EYES AND BLONDE HAIR AND I HAVE REALLY BLUE EYES I USE BLUE EYELINER ON MY WATERLINE THAN BLEND IT DOWN INTO THE LASH LINE.THAN I PAIR IT WITH SILVER METALLIC EYESHADOW AND IT LOOKS AMAZING THE EYELINER I USE IS URBAN DECAY 24/7 EYELINER IN DEVIANT PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT USE BLACK ITS WAY WAY WAY TO HARSH FOR BLUE EYES AND IF YOUR NOT GOING TO DO BLUE THAN DO A REALLY LITE BROWN! Yeah I agree with everyone else black will make your eyes pop out more. I have blue eyes and black eyeliner and manscara has been my favorite and also avoid blue eye shadow
