blood up my undies
when I have my period, I wear good night pads all the time. my period isnt that heavy, its just that it goes up my undies- at the back. at night I have to wear a goodnight pad and an utra thin regular at the back. I always have to sleep on my stomach or else blood will go up my undies. is this normal. how can I prevent it?
That just means you have a very heavy flow.
Wear pads made for heavy periods, you might have to use two lined up end-to-end so nothing flows out of place. :/
Some brands have extra-long nighttime pads for these kind of situations. You may have to experiment with a few different brands and see which ones have better absorbency as well.
