You shouldnt base your haircut on your height and hair color. Your hair cut should go off of your face shape. Visit a hair stylist and ask what hair cut goes best with your face shape.

The colour of your hair and your height have nothing to do with a good haircut. Normally hairstylists will study the shape of your face for a good hair cut. So, it all depends on that really. You want something that fits right with your face shape.
