How do I block someone from answering my questions?

i blocked them from following me, but still can answer my questions. Is there a way to block them completey?

. No there isn’t any way that you can block them. However, if someone is harassing you in an obviously unreasonable manner, you can complain to Colleen [ http://www.funadvice.com/email/compose?to=ichibanarky ]. . I have no doubt that she will not tolerate any such unreasonable behaviour, and will either give them the offender a warning or delete their account if they are seriously breaking the terms and conditions of the site. . Anyone can “Flag” objectionable posts thus drawing the Admins’ attention to unreasonable behaviour. .

No way that I am aware of, you might ask an admin about it.
