How can I make my blisters heal super fast?

to be honest there are no miracles…it’s a slow process as everything is…here is what I would tell my clients.

1. soak them in cool water
2. then keep moisturizing them with a good thick foot cream.

I personally love Vaseline intensive care the cucumber & aloe vera one.. why, because it cools & soothes the skin while smelling so heavenly. (kinda like a 2 for one thing) remember if you have blisters & if you try putting your feet in hot or warm water it will sting them. The cool water will help. (not ice freezing cold) This is what I do… I put my fav foamy soap(whatever liquid soap you like to use) in the thing you use to soak your feet…then add a little hot water to dissolve the soap a bit then fill the rest with the cold water so its not hot but not ice cold either…it’s cool and comfortable to soak your feet in….after about 20 mins you should be feeling a bit better…now the cream time…just lay in bed & relax while reapplying your cream to the feet. just keep reapplying for the rest of the day if you want to feel better tomorrow. Stay off your feet as much as you can til tomorrow. You should feel better by later…more like the evening hours.

An ice pack or cold compress applied to the blister will reduce swelling and discomfort. Also if it’s so painful use over-the-counter pain relievers such as aspirin, naproxen, and ibuprofen.
