How do I know when I bite my lip?

I was trying to figure out my habits and I asked someone if I have a habit of biting my lips and they said yes sometimes. The thing is I never notice when I bite my lip.

i mean it might just be me.. but im pretty sure you feel when you bite your lip..

u can feel it r u start to bleed…and maybe if ur nervous r something u just know ur doing that.

i have the same habit, the majority of my friends are dudes so they point it out real quick lmao i usually do it when i wan concentrating; thinking, computer, listening to someone speak. check your self when ever you are zoned in on something
