I have paid a medical bill already but this hospital still bother me sendingme letters, Saying that I have to pay something that I have paid already, I have sent faxes, I trace my money order I sent them a copy that says I paid my bill and the hospital has the money, and then they say they are going to sendme to collection or something like that. They have their lawyers and everything, but what happen when a common person like you and me has the reason. Cause they are very abusive, im losing my patience I have talked many times by phone and they dont do anything, I think they want to steal my money, do you think can I sue this hospital for that. Because I was very patient sending copies, faxes with the prove that I have paid and they dont do anything. I want to sue this hospital. What do you suggestme.
If you can trace the money order ack to them, and you have the proof that you ade the payment, let them try and take you to court. You've got nothing to hide, and you shouldn't feel bullied when you've already paid it.
