What do you mean? Piercings are for anyone. Size/weight/gender means absolutely nothing. If you want you lip pierced, go have it done. You honestly don’t have anything to worry about if you have it done professionally and take care of it.

I personally don’t like lip piercing… but I guess it doesn’t matter… its up to them.

wrong category but it depends do you mean like buff or fat?? if you mean buff then it really might not look that bad at all
