belly buttion piercing
I got my belly button pierced 4-5 weeks ago. it is doing great, not infected or anything but I am doing cheerleading this year and we arent supposed to have them in because they can get pulled out. practice is only two ours long four days a week so do you think that I would be able to take it out right before we start practice and then put it in right after practice and it wont close up?
Actually you know what you could try.
Talking to the coach and explaining your situation and asking if during practices or whatever if you could put tape over it,
It might look a little stupid but I’m sure if you used clear tape it would be THAT noticeable,
Sorrry to say hun, but because You just got it done, it would probaley close up through the day, you could try that. But it would be reallly paninful to try and put it back in at night. Try and if It doesn’t work, I guess it has to stay out

I would say the least you could keep it in is at least 8 weeks. I know I kept mine it like 12 weeks and it still hurt taking it out. It depends how many weeks until you start cheerleading. I would talk to your coach and tell them that you just got it done. If it’s in for I’d say 8 weeks and then you had to take it out before practice you could try it but it will hurt a lot. It won’t close within 2 hours but it will hurt because it won’t be fully healed. Try to see if you can keep it in but if you have to you can give it a try just know its not going to be painless.
