How to keep your hair done while sleeping?

Is there any way of sleeping at night and having your hair the same as the day before ?

not realy if you move around a lot in your sleep but if you dont just rap it up and put the hair product that you used before you go tobed or just put a thick code of hair jell and you should be fine

try not sleeping on a pillow because you usually don’t move your head around as often therefore your hair does not move to much

I HAVE to do this. gather your hair together and wrap it securely in a silk scarf or a bandana.

do-rags work great too. then in the morning your hair should be fine if you wrapped it correctly.

and another good trick is to buy a silk pillow case, because it is much softer on your hair and doesn’t mess it up as you toss and turn in your sleep.
