Does bareshare cause viruses?

It can.watch out for certain files.I hate bearshare because they claim it is free wich it is but after awhile you have to pay 12.95 a month and all of the songs are .drm files(aka they expire)this made my mp3 freeze up.so I would god with limewire.but watch out for bad files and do not download programs,photos,or videos frome there.
