Does baking soda really work to get rid of acne?

I heard it works to wash your face with it and leave it in for 2 mintues and the wash it out

I’m not sure of baking soda but, I do know that natural honey does work to help cure acne. :)

The baking soda mask is a quite well known home remedy for acne. It does help in my experience, it helps exfoliate my skin as well. However, sometimes it does tend to dry out your skin, so do make sure you moisturize.

The PH of Baking soda makes your face alkaline. Bacteria cannot live in an alkaline environment. So if you scrub your face with Baking soda it will probably help. If you really want to live healthy and stop acne, try eating alkaline foods or drinking 4-5 glasses of water with the juice of one freshly squeezed lemon in each of them. Lemon is acidic but once your body has processed it, it will become alkalizing.
