I called it “in a funk” try to snap out of it, find what makes you relax and feel good. For me it is a bath and a glass of wine, crawl in bed and watch a little t.v. and take my mind off of all the crazy b.s that happened, and tomorrow will be a brand new day

I either listen to some upbeat music, sleep, hang out with friends of mine that’ll make me happy, or read a good book. If you wind down and curl up with a book or listen to some upbeat music or sleep, then you’ll be fine. We all have our mood swings and bad days. If you snap out of it, you should be alright.

a sudden change in mood can change everything, so if you feel bad at some point..it goes all the way..but if you feel good then eerything will flow good and happy..
