Answer #1

see a doctor

Answer #2

Bathing in lukewarm or cool water with a little bit of baking soda will help. Keep the baby cool, but not too cold with a fan or air conditioning. Sprinkle a little powder or cornstarch in the folds of baby’s skin to prevent more heat rash from showing up. If it seems to last more than a few days or gets worse, you may need to see a doctor. A lot of other rashes and skin conditions can be mistaken for heat rash.
