What do you do when you audition for a play?

Okay, so I am in drama this year. [because it’s a play that has over 32 characters so they need to pull us from shy and outgoing.] So, this is my first time and I need help. Anything will help, and if you know anything about acting, HELP ME PLEASE AND THANK YOU!

Im in musical theatre, and im a bit shy.. But in this class im very outgoing. When you have a part in play make sure to stay in character. Always look towards the audience, NEVER LOOK AWAY.. Make sure you practice your part thoroughly. dont be afraid, you will not look stupid.. The only way you will is if your not in character. Make sure your voice is loud and projected. Cause when your on stage.. You may think your loud but mostly people in the back row cant hear you. Step out of your comfort zone, this class is perfect for that. always take the critism and learn it. Day of the show? Neck rolls, jump in place, stretch, practice. Have fun! My first musical is in 12 days and im the lead lol (: good luck!
