go I have an att go phone is there anyway to get free mintues without buying any?

No. I dunno how exactly a go phone is, but with TracFone I know that once in awhile they do a thing where you buy a card and use a promo code to get extra minutes: Example: Buy a 120 minute card and use promo code XXX to get 40 bonus minutes. See they aren’t free, just a sort of better deal.

If they were “free”, you wouldn’t have to buy them, would you?

As far as I know, minutes aren’t free at all…you have to pay for them.
