asking a girl out for the second time

theres a girl I like and shes a really good firend of mine. I have asked her out b 4 and she knows that I like her but she said no because she felt that it would ruin our friendship and she dint want to risk it. but I still have a thing 4 her but she kinda flirts with me and is more open I think she kinda likes me. how can I ask her out for the second time and assure it wont effect out friendship???

persitance is the key, for me I just told her it would happend eventualy, and assured her I wouldnt let it ruin our friendship if we broke up. which to be fair it didnt :)
