how do you apply your conditioner?

do you use the shampoo than right after apply conditioner and leave it for how long before u rinse it out?

Answer #1

Shampoo, then conditioner. It doesn’t matter how long you leave it in, it’s a personal preference. I like to use shampoo really quick and then put the conditioner in my hair and clean myself/shave/etc. while it’s soaking my hair, then rinse it out right before I turn the water off. Sometimes I’ll even leave it in my hair overnight and rinse it out the next morning.

Answer #2

I shampoo my hair once a week and I use conditioner every day. I put a lot in my hands, then work it through my hair like i’m tying up a pony-tail. I then use a wide tooth comb and brush it through to coat everything and then I wash my body. By then the conditioner would have had time to soak in my hair, then I just rinse it out.

after i shampoo, i put my conditioner in then i wash myself, etc, so at least it would be in for about 5-10 minutes. i have thick coarse hair so i find its better if i leave my conditioner in for more than a minute or two. about once a week i use a deep conditioner that i leave in for 20 minutes then rinse out. :)

Apply a small amount of conditioner to your hands and rub them together. Run your hands through your hair, starting from the scalp and moving down to the tips of your hair.

Use a wide-tooth comb to distribute the conditioner through your hair evenly. Leave the conditioner in for up to five minutes for maximum conditioning.

Do not rub excessively as that can damage your scalp.

Rinse your hair using warm water for at least a minute followed by cool water for up to 30 seconds.
