if you want to take the lazy route, jello makes an amazing no bake cheesecake that takes about 5 minutes to prepare. I actually prefer it to homemade cheesecakes.

Cheese cake Recipe

1csugar 2tsflour 1lbcream cheese 4eaegg 1ccream, half and half, 10% 1tsvanilla 1xpastry Directions: Line a deep pan with pastry. Mix flour and sugar together. Add the cream cheese and mix thoroughly. Beat eggs slightly, add the cream and vanilla and combine with first mixture.Pour into pastry shell, which has been baking at 400 degrees F until starting to brown. Remove only long enough to pour in filling. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 40 minutes.

Well you could use eggnog instead of milk, but then it wouldn’t exactly be plain… But it’s good.
