Any chinese steam bread recipes?

Does anybody have a good chinese steamed bread recipe? I’m interested in how it will be, because I heard that asian breads are a bit sweater… Any kind of recipe will be good Thanks!

1 tbs active dry yeast

1 tsp sugar

1/4 cup flour

1/4 water

1/2 warm milk

1 1/2 cups flour

1/4 tsp salt

2 tbs white sugar

1 tbs vege oil

1/2 tsp baking powder

sprinkle yeast and sugar over 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup flour, let sit 30 min.

stir in remaining water, flour, salt, sugar, and oil

mix into dough and knead on floured surface

cover and leave in warm place for 3 hours

sprinkle baking powder over it and knead a couple min.

make into balls and place on wax paper for 30 min

on the bottom of a steamer bring water to a boil and cook in batches of 10-15 for about 10 to 15 min, until firm

serve hot

do not turn the heat of before lifting the lid!!!

this is the most simple recipe I know.
