The more and more think about it i’m thinking its not so bad that im not eatting all the time. I do eat just not in the morning and i have a bit of a snack for lunch. for dinner i eat normily, but i just cant help but wonder is this healthy for my meals and stuff and well i all ways think I really want to be a professional gamer so i wont get alot of exersize. so maybe i could give not eat as much try?

Answer #1

if you don’t eat properly you won’t be as mentally sharp and at your very best..giving your gaming opponent a huge advantage..eat right (especially breakfast - many studies say that’s the most important meal mentally ) and keep your muscles toned..I wish you every success !!

Answer #2

It is not healthy to skip meals often.

Skipping meals slows your metabolism down so you won’t burn calories as fast. You should be eating about six small meals a deal to keep your metabolism going.

Skipping meals also might make you feel sleepy or sick.

running will make a difference. eat healthy not less, if anything eat a big breakfast and a small dinner if you make a small dinner you fast through the night and overtime your stomach adapts and shrinks, if you want the full story just ask, and eventually you will see results
