Annoying Slang?

uh legit is cool unless you say it annoyingly. and lets not diss sick, I say it when I think somehting is really cool. man, your bashing your bff! and I HATE my bad! it makes me want to kill babies

yeah I’m kinda late for repsonding, but I hate when people say “like” all the time. cause my sister, whos a prep kind of, I always annoy her by counting how many times she says “like” in one converstaion.

and I also hate when people say “bout” instead of about. I mean cant you just say the whoole friggin word PLEASE!??

plus I hate the word touche. I don’t know if its slang but I know its french and all. and it buggs the he11 out of me!

LOL this question is smart but these answers are stupid. “my bad” is not slang. and if it is, who is it slang FOR? HALF of the stuff on here isnt even considered remoptely slangish. Except “mate” I hate that. Mellow is actually a word, not slang. WHO says CHILAX?? What kind of people have you all been hanging around? OMG is the worse. why not just say Oh my god? Half the people I know aren’t willing to apologize and “my bad” is as good as it’s going to get for you all so don’t complain. Mellow out is awsome. But truthfully, I’ve never considered most of any of these things “slang” this is the funniest question. Should I explain what REAL slang IS?

Using all those slang words mentioned is pertty much pointless, But in a chicano life style using slang words is really useful, because when your talking to another chicano the people around you only understand about half of what your saying, words like; chante, yesca, fusca, sclecha, pisto, litro, mayate,…

I don’t mind the word ‘legit’ because its actually just a short form of legitimate, it isn’t like a whole new word. I don’t really get annoyed by slang now and then but some people over-use them though for sure and that gets nerve racking.

ahh mate I like the word mint, its used a lot over here in the UK. I hate the words “crease” as in; “yea mate, that was such a crease!” Its means funny apparently. Stupid pikeys from canford heath use it haha

anything that has to do with “gangster”… ex. word, dog, when white people say “n*gga”, um… I don’t like my bad, but I’ll say your bad… ooo ooo that’s fly, that’s hot, it’s pimpin…

lol unrelated / related… not slang exactly but same degree of annoyance: words with those dumba*s sound effects or tone inlections, shaaawing, bow chica wowo, booyah.

yeah I just get annoyed because people say it only because it sounds so cool like they have their own dictionary lol kind of like Gretchen in Mean Girls

Coinkidink (as opposed to coincidence…for some reason, when I hear this word it sounds like something Barney the dinosaur would say, which is probably why I hate it.)

Peeps (me and my peeps…I take pride in being nobody’s “peep”)

And the changing of words that end in “s” to “z”, like boys, girls, kidz, fryz, songz, etc.

I’d have to saying “minging”, meaning unpleasent, thankfully it has almost died out now.

ummm, not really sure, im pretty much used to hearing slang so nothing really bothers me(IF I can understand it). actually, now that I think of it. “Buck” is annying, which means 100, like those shoes cost a buck 50 = $150. its confusing so yeah, I dont know haha
