Can they have herpes…a friend of mine just swore me down they could..I dont think so

there are several types of Herpes among animals Several listed here. http://www.showdogsupersite.com/kenlclub/breedvet/vhr2.html I have no idea if any of them can be contracted by humans.

Well, I know for a fact that horses get it…Equine Herpes (EHV-1)…it seems to be spread at race tracks and other places where there are many horses coming and going.

Yes, I know dogs can get it…I’m not sure about other animals though…I read about it in a book…dichihuahua
