Anamation

Does anybody know of a really good FREE program I can get online to creat my own anamation and things like that?

Thats to make like banners and stuff, I meant Animation, like creating a video using the animation program. sorry if I wasnt clear.

anybody else know anything?

I used to use animation shop - you can download that for free.
