Yep, it definitely is. I have bought several books from there, and I have always received what I ordered. When you go to buy a product, however, check their rating before buying from them. Most sellers have a number rating, plus a lot of comments from buyers. If there are a lot of negative reviews, try going with an other seller.

It’s the best online site I have found to get products, they generally have the cheapest stuff available. Buying from them directly pretty much guarantees a good product or help if there is something wrong, they have great customer service. Buying off the site from independent sellers (i.e. not directly through amazon) is a little more risky, but their sellers seem to be pretty legit. I think amazon does a good job of making sure there’s no scams going on through the site. Check ratings before buying. See if there’s any complaints.

Well actually that depends. Amazon.com itself is a well recognized safe site but they now allow 3rd party vendors so if you stick to only buying directly from Amazon.com then you are safe but once you get into the 3rd party vendors just make sure they are reputable and have high ratings.
