Usually when women have a real orgasm, thet get very sensitive down there, almost to the point where any touch could be too much, or even painful. Also, realize, a lot of girls will fake an orgasm too, to satisfy their boyfriends and make them think they are doing a good job. That could be the difference between the two things you are experiencing.
