AM I FAT FOR MY AGE?

hey this is brianna, and I am 13 turning 14 in october… I weight 123pounds ! am I too heavy for my age … I have love handles and this girl in grade 8 would always be like your so fat why dont you go and eat less .. and it hurts !!! so yeaah im trying to lose it by eating healthy and my mom is gonna let me take these vitomins that make you lose weight but there not bad for youu !! Lol.. I wouldn’t call you fat.. you weigh more than me.. I’m 16.. But I’m also only 5’6”.. Are you taller than that? If yes.. Then don’t worry about your weight. your actually pretty fit. But if no… Then I suggest you eat… But eat things that are healthy… Like greens.. Not fungus… Like veggies… and don’t eat as much chicken or meat… But eat as much veggies and fruits as you can… I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. I eat chicken too, but not as much… Not even close…

My older sister doesn’t eat vegetables or fruits… Only lives on junk food. She is probably only around 5’1”… And weighs 95 lbs… Her body isn’t anything like a girls should be either… It’s just straight.. and flat… Not very attractive

although my younger sister only lives on meat… She’s in gr.9… And already weighs more than 135 lbs… She fully looks like a mother of 3.

I’m not bragging or anything, but people tell me that I have a better figure than a lot of the models out there. I’m trying to tell you that you should always have a balanced diet. Although if you increase your fruits and veggies intake, it’ll only help.

And if skinny looking supermodels is what you’re going for… I’m telling you… It’s a bad idea… Skin and bones is not in anymore.

It depends on how tall you are. But I can’t imagine by any stretch of the imagination how 123 pounds could be considered at all fat. Or even chubby! Also, nearly everyone has love handles. You might just think you have them because you wear tight pants or something.

Your weight also depends on your frame size. Take your thumb and middle finger and wrap them around your wrist. If your fingers overlap, you have a small frame. If your fingers touch, you have a medium frame. And if your fingers have space between them, you have a large frame. Get back to me with this info and I can help you further. :)

Also, the girl who picked on you was just being a catty btch. Girls are like that in middle school. It’s just how we are. Thus is why I don’t have many friends, I don’t put up with it. Ignore her, she’s just talking sht because that’s what girls do.

well I loose like a quater of an inch off my hips each day by the bike the, scissor kicks, sit ups I getthem off youtube so go on youtube and type in abs workout andtheres one with tammy an she has lots more like butt toning and that and drink lots of watr like 6-8 glasses a day and a cup of tea with and sugar contains like 1.2 cals so you can drink that and eat just 3 meals a day a good cereal in the morning like I eat shreddies and for lunch something like tuna pasta or a healthy sandwhich and for dinner something like jacob potato little bit of cheese and some side salad or veg xxx hope I helped :)

your a good weight honey. If you really want to lose weight your going to have to do more than just take vitamins. If you want something you have to earn it. Start by eating fresh fruits and veggies no junk like chips and cookies. start working out for at least 30 minutes. you’ll lose weight in no time =)

Thanks !! Lol I am still upset about it though cause I wear bikini’s and all the people there are like SHINNY and I feel fat even though its just my LOVER HANDELS! and I little in the front so yeah but thankss
