Am I deprested

I am 14 yr old and last yr ma granddad a day befor why 13th birthday I still go ova from the fact he died. Ever since he died I been getting agnry a lot and annoyed and I kinda stopped eating , I keep everything to ma self wich it weird couz I am a small person with a big mouth. And I banged ma head on ma bedroom wall befor ma I pull ma hair out then I found out that cast as self harming One day ma mate thouhg I was deprest

So please help me do I sound deprest?

you sound kind of depressed I was like that for quite awhile what helped me wasgettign away from everyone and everything and just went walking in the park I know it sounds dumb but it helped me you just need to find something to help relese emotions
