Am I a bad friend toward one of my only true friends?

theres this girl name katie last year..she was like..my bestest friend ever and just last year..here uncle died and I was the only one who suported her. and everyone else didnt understand what her problom was

but thats not my point of this question..sort of..lol

after that…witch is now this year..she helps our school library and stuff and most of her friends just dont care about her and left her and didnt even go visit her in the library esept for like 3 or 4 and whats sad is that I WAS ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE :[[[ we were still passing notes between eachother but it wasnt the same just about less then a month ago..I noticed how stupid I’ve bin to leave one of the only people I can trust in the dust

I’ve bin going to the library latly to hang out with her during my lunch breaks

is it to late to save our friendship and make it the way it use to be??

No and good on you for realising - keep trying - you will have to put in extra effort for awhile and she may feel negative towards you at times but be patient, be friendly. You never know - you may save her from a lifetime of feeling bad about herself caus she had no friends. These friends are keepers and you will probs b friends with her long after everyone elkse has gone. Keep trying.
