There is NO connection between cracking knuckles and arthritis. Its a myth. Your joints naturally produce gas as a byproduct of movement. And the cracking is a natural way to purge the gas.

Answer #4

I dont know what to el you honestly but I have the same habit like expecially if I have been working on stuff or painting and my fingers get cramped up I will crack hem but I have heard that it makes your knuckles bigger but I dont know I have been doing it since I was in school and I only wear a size 7 ring and thats my biggest finger

Answer #5

There is no correlation between cracking your knuckles and fat fingers or arthritis. It really is a myth. All the cracking does is release the nitrogen bubbles in your joints the accumulate naturally. It’s normal. The cracking is just the bubbles being released, don’t worry about it. If you’re really concerned, go see a chiropractor in your area to answer your questions or even as someone to fix your aches and pains. They are helpful in cracking your knuckles and other parts, such as your back and neck, in a safe, healthy way; they also help you feel better, its a natural way to fix aches and pains.
