Should I make the move on her?

ok so this is this girl that I like right im pretty good friends with with her and all that we always hang out and go out and party and on the days we dont party we hang out.. but the thing is I think she likes me but im not 100 sure if im right or not but sum details are..when we go out for a night she always ask me like 4 times if she looks hott and I keep saying yes and when we go out she always ask me what should I wear because evertime I tell her what to wear she thinks she looks good..n she always likes to show off herself but the thing is I dont know if I should make the 1st move or nott like I get the feeling she likes me and and all that because she always look at me for a long time with this smilie look and plays with her hair and sumtimes gentley slaps my shoulder and another thing to add is that when I met her she gave me her numba and she said she was single btw.n once she said we should bump it up a level..but this is when it gets confusing because when we talk and I f you she says I would never but I dont know ifs shes doing the reverse psycology on me or nott..because whenever in the morning if were partying at an afterparty I get the ideah that she wants me to come back to her house because she says thing like know I have to go alone home like always and I always go after the club alone like what the f*ck?then she says that shes gettin tired and needs to sleep and jokes around bout sex jokes and then I know what shes saying but im jus to shy to say anything bout it and plus when her friends are all around if she says stuff like that and I dont say nuttin they like look at me funny or nod there head or laugh..n they constantley text eachother.n I think its bout me…but not sure..her friends say I have a lake of intelliegence and whats that suppose to mean?but neways she know I like her and she knows I love her and I thinking if she wasnt interested she wouldnt talk to me nemore am I right?sumtimes when we go out as well she says she loves me but hates me and I dont know if she jus playing all my friends say make the 1st move but I dont know ifs its a good idea another thing to add is that she has a pic of me and her and her friend that we took awhile ago and outa the pics there were like 20 and she took the pic wit me on it and I seen her phone and theres a pic of me on it looks like me like when I ask to use her phone she woulnt she always hiding it when shes texin like she hiding it..so yea I need sum help
